To better support users of the Research Logix platform, we have launched our official RLOGX Help Center, http://help.rlogx.com. This Help Center will consist of guides on how to use features within the Research Logix product, a dedicated Community Forum to allow for users to discuss related topics, make suggestions for new features, and submit Service Tickets for issues that arise.
Our Knowledge Base is currently in development, so the items will be currently limited. However, as we receive requests through our Service Ticketing system and the Community boards, we will regularly update our content to make sure it has quality information to assist our users.
