Before we started using Research Logix, our work was more complex and inefficient. Our homegrown system was not scalable and generating custom reports was a nightmare. We immediately fell in love with the product. There were so many features and improvements that our developer could not provide on their own.
The system is much more user-friendly and eliminates the need for redundant steps like marking publications and transferring data between different systems. It has saved us time and improved the accuracy of our data management. We can’t imagine going back to the old way of doing things.
