I do not have previous experience with any system other than Research Logix. I have been blessed that it has existed since I started this job. While I do not have anything to compare it to, I can say that I love the system. Research Logix streamlines processes that used to have to be done by hand. It is easy for admin users to update information, build out profiles and reports, and train people on. If something is missing or I have an idea for a new feature, Jeremy is always responsive to making sure that what I want/need can be developed. Nothing is impossible with the system. I can’t imagine working without it.
